Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Big Shot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Big Shot is a spatial video enhancement application for macOS by Spatial Sense LLC. All processing happens on your device.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the videos you process with Big Shot. They never leave your device through the App.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Big Shot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The App itself, including its software, design, and branding, is the property of Spatial Sense LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

Limitation of Liability

Spatial Sense LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
