Raffle Wheel VR is a spatial raffle wheel application designed for Apple Vision Pro. The App enables users to create contests, add participant names, and spin a 3D wheel to randomly select winners.

Raffle Wheel VR uses software-based random number generation to determine spin results. While designed to be fair and random, the App is intended for entertainment and informal selection purposes. It should not be used as the sole mechanism for legally binding drawings or lotteries where certified random number generation is required by law.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Spatial Sense LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data (participant names, contest configurations) you enter into the App. All data is stored locally on your device and is not accessed by us.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Spatial Sense LLC does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spatial Sense LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
