Overview

Spatial Sense LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the DualSpatial application for iPhone Duo. DualSpatial is a camera: everything it records stays on your device, under your control.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal data from DualSpatial.

• Camera and microphones: DualSpatial uses the cameras and microphones only to record your spatial videos and photos. Recordings are saved to your device and your Photos library and are never uploaded to us or to any third party.
• Motion data: Motion data saved beside your clips stays with the clips, on your device.
• No account required: DualSpatial does not require registration, sign in, or any personal information.

Third-Party Services

DualSpatial does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Purchases

Any optional purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information.

Children's Privacy

DualSpatial does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
