UVSee Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the UVSee application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to use the App.

2. Description of Service

UVSee is a camera monitoring and visualization application designed for Apple Vision Pro and other supported platforms. The App enables users to:

• Connect and monitor UVC camera feeds
• Process HDMI inputs through UVC/USB-C adaptors
• Utilize low-latency video monitoring features
• Access Persona cam functionality on supported devices

3. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Spatial Sense LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use UVSee for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Respect the privacy and rights of others when using camera features
• Obtain necessary permissions before recording or monitoring any individuals
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding video recording and surveillance in your jurisdiction
• Not use the App for any unauthorized surveillance or monitoring

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction regarding privacy, surveillance, or recording
• Use the App to infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems

6. Hardware Requirements

UVSee requires:

• Compatible Apple Vision Pro or supported device
• Developer strap for certain features
• UVC-compatible cameras or HDMI to UVC/USB-C adaptors for external device connections

You are responsible for ensuring your hardware meets these requirements.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of UVSee is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in the Privacy Policy. All video processing occurs locally on your device.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Spatial Sense LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SPATIAL SENSE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• The App will meet your requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPATIAL SENSE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spatial Sense LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Spatial Sense LLC regarding the use of UVSee and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
